Ordering goods through our website

All orders placed through our website are subject to us accepting the order. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and then a follow up email will be sent confirming when we have dispatched your order. Please note that the first email confirming receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted when send you the second email confirming dispatch of your goods and legal title will pass upon delivery of them. All products are subject to stock availability and if we cannot fulfil your order for any reason we will dispatch the in stock item and will then dispatch the out of stock items when they are back in stock at our expense.

Order processing 

We make every effort to ensure our website is error free and that description of goods, image and pricing is correct. If we find any errors after you have submitted your order to us, we will contact you before accepting you order with the correct information on the items.

You can then cancel or re -confirm your order based on the correct information. We will contact using the any of the details you gave us when you placed the order. If we leave a message and you do not get back to us we will treat the order as cancelled and refund the amount back to your card that you place the order on.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted.

All prices shown on our website are inclusive or VAT where applicable at UK standard rates 20%. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed clearly on the checkout page.

Right of use

Force majeure

Neither party will be deemed to be in breach of any of its obligations under the agreement as a result of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any such obligations by reason of any cause or event beyond the parties' control. In such circumstances, the party delayed or unable to perform "delayed party" shall notify the other party "affected party" within ten business days following the date such events become known.

Unless prevented due to force majeure, both parties will meet within three months to examine the impact of the event and agree the conditions under which the contract shall be continued. If the force majeure lasts longer than one month, this agreement may be terminated by the injured party.

Partial invalidity

These Terms and Conditions remain valid and in force, even if one or more clauses are invalid or declared so under any law, regulation or following the final decision of a competent court.

Non-waiver

No failure of either party to exercise any power given to it in these Terms and Conditions or to insist upon strict compliance by the other party with its obligations hereunder shall constitute a waiver of either party's right to demand exact compliance with the terms hereof.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

In form and content, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. All orders placed on this website strictly imply the acceptance of our terms and conditions.

In case of dispute or claim, the customer agrees to seek an amicable solution with Dynamic Club Shops Limited before proceeding with any legal action. In the event where such a solution cannot be found, any disputes concerning the sale, price, Terms and conditions, products, etc will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
